Avery vs. Chance. Chance can see the huge grin across Avery's face, in the midst of the muggy dim room-- he's not bluffing. Chance knows the situation, and he's met not with anger, but rather just a sigh in despair. He knows what's coming. --------------------------- A birthday commission from Croc to Chance. Arrow helped as well with the card situation. This picture is a bit of a doozie. Details are very much present. Almost everything in the picture was done purposely, with a lot being metaphorical. I'll do a quick breakdown of just a few as examples: The power-switch in the background is on Avery's side-- Avery is obviously the one in power at the moment. There's a difference in chairs. Avery is feeling almighty in his big and cushioned chair, while Chance is feeling belittled in his short and non-cushioned chair. Et Cetera. Oh, and Avery is <3 I feel lucky, getting to be one of the first to draw him.

So I just purcahsed ArtRage 2, beacuse I've been seeing what awesome artwork people could do with it...plus it's only 20 bucks. So here's a first test picture, just fooling around and getting a bit familiar with the program. ArtRage is feels very different from any art program I've ever used. It's got some good stuff, some being things I've never experienced in other art programs, but on the same time, still has a few minor things I don't personally like about it, but it's still new, so I'm sure I could work my way around that. It's pretty fun to mess with, and hopefully I'll be able to really take advantage of this program.... My favorite part of this entire piece though, is probably the handwriting. Special thanks to Tyk, for choosing the word, "syringe," it works out perfectly. :3

Also, Kitsune Zero did a pic recently with fake beans in a can thing, and did some motion effect thing, so I wanted to try it (ex: diving board). As soon as the night of trick-or-treat begins, the band of mischief makers head out and take over the streets, hunting for trouble and candy. ______ This picture started out as a holloween picture of Keto, Tycoon, and Jirris. The two people that I probably consider the most awesome people I've ever met. This picture grew from 3 original characters to the finishing 16 characters. So thought I'd just turn the pic into a holloween picture of just friends. I ran out of room, I wanted to add more, so if I missed you, sorry man!! I love doing seasonal art. So much fun. As I've been doing lately, I've REALLY been trying to stretch my style versatility. So I've ben trying real hard to get a more toony style down. This pic and my style lately have been HEAVILY HEAVILY HEAVILY inspired by Mr. Mutley James. This piece of art specifically is SUPER heavily inspired by one of his specific peices. I love drawing toes like this though, and swirlies are awesome. Just a doodle, so I didn't even bother to shade or highlight much. Was trying out really thick line strokes as well. As well as attempting to go fast....

I <3 my tiger and scarfs. I'm trying to experiment and settle down with a digital style I'm comfortable with and like. I'm also trying to do more actual backgrounds now. This pic took awhile to do and when through a lot of changes. And this is for Tyk. He's the best, and I love him. Sometimes things can get a little shakey, and I try to be the best I could for him, but I also feel terrible when I wimp out and feel like I could do better. I feel terrible for saying one thing but not really pulling through. When I was in highschool, I use to tell myself that if and whenever I got a boyfriend, I would give him the world and strive to be the best boyfriend. Cause kids back in highschool had relationships jut for the sake of having one, instead of actually loving the other person. Tyk is different though, he's just awesome. =D I love him and don't want anyone else over him. *end mushyness We both love snow.=3

Brocktree by Keto

Lord Brocktree from the Red Wall series. Redwall is awesome, I rarely read at all willingly, but Redwall is one of the few books i DO and did enjoy reading. This was done partly for class and for myself. I've always wanted to draw Lord Brocktree, and I also wanted ot practice doing scenery and backgrounds...so I did this. His figure is too stiff and the colors arn't as dramatic as I wanted but oh well. Also was practicing with Corel Painter

Mr. Voln. Happy Birthday. He was telling me about graffiti and go me jealous so I did a graffiti themed pic. I Also wanted to do two different styles, so a dyptic allowed me to do both. --- Another small note for this Part 1.... I wanted to add his right hand to show he has a spray paint can in his hand, but due to technical problems, I couldn't, soo....yeah!
